Lebron vs. Kobe would have been an intriguing match-up. The two best teams from each conference. The defending champs vs. holders of the best record in the league. The reigning MVP vs. the best closer in the league. A chance to go one-up on our old pal, Shaq.

It’s almost anticlimactic now that the Cavs are out. And I’m not sure Boston can make it out of the East against the Magic. But if they do, we can all hate the green together once again.

Are Laker fans relieved that Cleveland is out? I for one wanted to see Lebust fail against Kobe and the Lakers. But I guess I’ll have to settle for a rematch with the Orlando Tragic or the Boston Smelltics.
